Shipping and returns conditions

SHIPPING:

• We ship packages from monday to friday in 48h when all ordered products are available on stock.

• In case of not picking up the shippment, Customer will be charged for costs of return shippment

• International shipping can take 4-14 days depends of destination. Shop is not responsible for delay in delivery. 

• Package should be checked in presence of courier. In case if package is damaged, special protocol should be preapered by courier.
  

 RETURNS:

• Customer can return products in 14 days after reciving the package. Products should be returned in same condition as recieved. It cannot be broken or used.

• Please complete the return form that was in the package. The form together with the receipt or invoice should be returned with the goods.

• The direct cost of returning the product as a result of withdrawing from the contract is covered by the Consumer. At the same time, the consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of the product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, its characteristics or functioning.

• From the date of submitting the statement of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer has another 14 calendar days to return the goods. The seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal. The seller may refrain from returning the funds until he recieves returned goods.

• Please contact store support before returning the goods. Your case number will be assigned and put on the package. Returns not agreed with us will not be collected by us.

•  The seller does not collect parcels paid on delivery

• The Seller shall not be liable for the problems with not returning or delay in return the money if acoount data provided by customer is not correct.
